rifos Design Consultants is currently designing a new, 13,680 square-foot, physical plant services building, to be located adjacent to the existing MacIsaac Hall building on the St. Francis Xavier University campus grounds. The building will consolidate and house several facility-management, operations, maintenance, and stores departments. In preparing the schematic design, Trifos Design Consultants strived to maintain and respect the scale, language, and vernacular of the existing campus’ traditional architecture, while effectively serving the modern functional needs of a diverse and service-driven user group.
